Cuba, si!

Trinidad, Cuba.
I was only in Cuba for a short time but came back with a heartful of memories which, even if I was never to return, would last me a lifetime. Cuba is beautiful and fresh. Everyone will tell you that its beauty is largely its people, warm, genuine and good people.
Cuba has made giant strides toward the betterment of its people, despite virtually insurmountable challenges, particularly in the areas of education and health.
There is no illiteracy in Cuba and life expectancy is comparable to that of Canada.
While it is true that life is simple, farming techniques are antiquated and the average monthly income is about $20. US, it is also true that the people have a clear understanding that they are moving forward TOGETHER.
